Perfect for readers who love: cozy witchy romcoms, found family, small-town charm, slow-burn romance, books that feel like a hug.

Books & Bewitchment was one of those books that had me highlighting the very first sentence and clutching the book to my chest in a hug at the very last.

The main character, Rhea Wolfe, is one of the most relatable souls you'll ever meet on the page. In desperate need of a change, when the opportunity comes for her to visit Arcadia Falls to acquire her grandmother's inheritance, she jumps on it. So with her best friend (who just happens to be a cockatoo) and a heart full of hope, she makes the trip to the small, charming town of Arcadia Falls.

Upon arrival, she learns she's just inherited a run-down video store that also sells peanuts, and quickly realizes she's inheriting more work than anything else. For a while, she isn't sure if it's worth staying. But the welcoming, tight-knit community has her believing in herself far more than she ever has before. When some much-needed discovery of her family's past, and a crush she simply can't resist, come to light, she decides to stay and build the bookshop of her dreams.

I absolutely loved this book because Rhea learns quickly that her dream was never too big.

In fact, she learns something that we should all remember…

That no dream is too big, when the right people are backing you.

Books & Bewitchment is the perfect blend of cozy witchy romcom and found family that you never knew you needed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a light, feel-good read that will make you laugh, cry, and believe in yourself all over again.
